This research work adresses the prediction of success after a training scheme (success in university examination, integration of job seekers after a training session) on the basis of 1/ subjective indicators at the end of training: satisfaction or subjective learning and 2/ individuals' variables (self-efficacy, locus of control, self-esteem, optimism and core self-evaluation). Our results show that, compared to training evaluation models, subjective indicators at the end of training do not appear to be good predictors of success. The knowledge governance studies the way the administrators can limit the actions of the leaders otherwise than by disciplinary mechanisms. The study of the strategic process is a means to analyze more finely these mechanisms. The results indicate that the elected representatives participate actively in the definition of the strategy of their territory and it through several complementary control levers. Simons's researches in the mid-1990s offer an original framework for relations between control and strategy. The imprecision of the model, its vertical orientation focusing on top management were criticized and completed by additional researches. Adopting a transversal and vertical approach focused on middle managers, this research aims to analyze the development of diagnostics systems towards interactivity and brakes to such developments. The article analyzes the results of an intervention research conducted in a third-party logistics which has adopted a new measurement performance system, including its impact on diagnostic control systems used by middle managers.
